Copies are mailed to Newport County Chamber of Commerce inquiries, as well as lists generated by our overall marketing and advertising campaigns. Advertising is provided free of charge to owners, managers, and agents who list their rental properties with Bellevue Realtors. Our office is on the highly visible and landmark corner of Bellevue Avenue and Mill Streets.
All tenant prospects are preliminarily screened for income, length of tenancy, and other qualifications before we begin searching our database for properties. Once a price range and other criteria have been established, the selection and showing of appropriate properties begins. Once a prospect has selected a property, the Bellevue Realtors agent will negotiate all terms and conditions between prospect and landlord. The rental application information supplied by the prospect is then verified by the agent through a credit check, income and employment verification, and previous landlord check and other means. This information is then reported to the property owner for the final decision on tenant approval. The Bellevue Realtors agent then prepares a lease, collects appropriate funds, has all necessary documents signed and delivered to all parties, oversees utility transfer, and assists with the move-in process.
